Step 1: In the Main Interface of Word, Select File.
Step 2: On the File Tab -> Continue to Select Options
Step 3: Select the Proofing Tab, Then Click AutoCorrect Options in the AutoCorrect Options Section
Step 4: Enter the Abbreviation into Replace, Enter the Replacement Content into With
After the AutoCorrect tab is opened, click on the AutoCorrect tab > Enter the abbreviation into the Replace section and enter the content you want to replace into the With section > Click Add
