Step 1: Create a folder named 1.Letter on drive D.
Step 2: In the mail merge document, press the Alt + F11 key combination. The Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications interface will appear.
Step 3: Here, select Project (Letters1) and right-click to select Import File.
Step 4: Select the recently extracted split file and press Open.
